Gwinnett Plastics processes a variety of thermoplastic materials from 0.1 grams up to 277.0 grams (8 oz). Our unique micro molding systems uses small molds with a single cavity for small to medium runs or multiple molds with minimum cavities on multiple machines for large runs. Using small molds reduces waste, provides shot to shot repeatability, and provides tight tolerances. Simple to complex shapes are better controlled with the concept of the right size machine for the right size part.
